All too often people are discriminated against or ostracized due to cultural expectations around firmly held spiritual belief within families or society at large. I am here to help coach you through your spiritual pain and trauma to connect more deeply with yourself, reconnect with your unique spiritual beliefs or discover a new spiritual path that feels best for you so you can feel whole in self-love.
The way back from spiritual trauma toward feeling whole is finding the love of One within oneself. My understanding of One is a knowing I am connected to something greater than myself. For me, this connection is felt when meditating in nature or floating in the ocean. I feel it when I reach deep within myself and write poetry. I see it in my dog’s eyes or when I kiss my child goodnight. I feel it in tears and laughter. I find it reading thought-provoking books or going to Sunday worship. I find it at concerts when the entire stadium is singing together. Healing our spiritual trauma is about deconstructing old beliefs and finding connection in new and unique ways. There are endless ways to connect with source, universe, God or Goddess, nature, the One, however you define it doesn’t matter because we know it when we feel it. We know it the moment we feel peace, connection, purpose and love. I am here to help you find the four pillars of spiritual healing. I will help you find a spiritual path that is meaningful to you so you can feel the wholeness of loving acceptance from yourself and from however you see the One.
